Oscar-nominated writer and director Frank Darabont is near a deal to write a fourth "Indiana Jones" movie, with Ford set to return as the bullwhip-cracking archeologist, a spokesman for director Steven Spielberg said on Friday. According to Daily Variety, the film is aimed for a July 4, 2005 release from Paramount Pictures, the studio owned by Viacom Inc. (VIAb). That would come just nine days shy of Ford's 63rd birthday.
