Youre Favorite Movie Villain(s)

after diggin thru some old vhs tapes the other night and watching Alien Nation, i was amazed at how smooth Terrence Stamp is as a villain... also brought back flashes of Zod from superman 2, but...

Just curious if the "arts community" has a fav screen villain and who he/she/it is.

my list:

Terrence Stamp: that smooth cool english accent makes him a good one.

Jeremy Irons: again, smooth, cool, british

Alan Rickman: he was awesome in Die Hard, and Quigley Down under (oh btw hes got a british accent too... think im on to something here...)

Christopher Plummer: Too many films to count

Christopher Lee: who can forget those Hammer dracula films? and of course sauruman of many colors

lets see some more lists... im curious to see some others that i may have missed or overlooked.

Let's not forget Gary Oldman, who has done gibbering lunatics, supernatural horrors, and cultured mad scientists.

Mike Myers for Dr. Evil (in a slightly less sinister turn for this list).

Al Pacino did a turn as the Devil's Advocate, in which I found him to be rather chilling, and as a villainous mobster in the Godfather series.

Robert DeNiro in Heat as a real tough customer, and in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein for being the vengeful conscience of that movie.

David Carradine's bridekilling Bill (gets my vote for villain of the year).

James Earl Jones' voice for Darth Vader qualifies him as a favorite villain.

Though not everyone above is a regular villain, some of my favorite villains are those who normally play heroes.
