Supreme Cmdr Posted November 21, 2004 Report Posted November 21, 2004 Went to see this one yesterday without any expectations and I was quite surprised. Its really good. In fact, I liked it better than both Tomb Raider movies. Definite must-see popcorn movie. 9/10
Zane_Marlowe Posted November 21, 2004 Report Posted November 21, 2004 Yeah, I went into it thinking "gone in 60 seconds," and came out thinking "pirates of the caribbean." The hottie is the same girl who played Helen in Troy by the way.
Dambreville Posted November 21, 2004 Report Posted November 21, 2004 I went to see National Treasure expecting it to be good and was pleasently surprised. It was the first exceptional movie I have seen in a while. There are only a couple parts which were rough around the edges that left you feeling awkward, otherwise very well done. 9/10
Scrivener Posted November 23, 2004 Report Posted November 23, 2004 If you watch Ebert & Roeper, then you already know how I feel about this movie. I should know better than to see a movie with Nicholas Cage in it, but Adaptation left me with the idea that he could yet be in movies that didn't totally suck. Maybe I was wrong =( 4/10 P.S. Totally pointless action flick - like Indiana Jones for kids or DaVinci Code for highschool history dropouts. IMO, I don't like it when the filmakers assume I'm stupid. But yeah, it is better than Tomb Raider.
Guest Grayfox Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 ahhh but nichlolas cage doesnt have JUGS!!!!!!! id pick angelina over him any day seen this one as well... all i can say is meh. 6.5/10
