Night at the Movies: White Noise

So has anyone seen this yet? I'm curious... but you all know how I feel about PG13 horror flicks, so I'm a little wary (I was actually going off on an explosive rant about that very topic just this morning). Then there's also the fact that I am loathe to encourage more PG13 horror films by throwing money at one.

Neverhteless - I'll see it if it's good. Someone give me some info here.

the good:

-concept of the dead talking through 'white noise' spooked me

-one scene caused me to nearly leap out of my seat (caught me completely off guard).

-you know when there are 'tense' parts (dont touch your food or drink) and 'calm' parts (ok to quickly eat and drink)

the bad:

-so-so plot... nothing great

-first portion of the movie boring

the ugly:

-batman cries

-im afraid of tv static and anything that recieves a radio signal

I was planning on seeing this today; I hope its good. I could do with a good and scary PG13 movie.

I didn't go in expecting anything; especially after having survived the awesomely scary The Ring.

But I like this one. It was a bit slow paced and a tad anti-climatic, but I like how they didn't go over the top in any aspect.

This was a good movie. Then again it had Michael Keaton in it so it couldn't be real bad. It puts forth a unique story.
