This isn't right that people havn't been enforcing their things for a long while, and trapping people all of a sudden is bull.

Did anyone read the "RISE OF EXEEM". P2P will be evolving again giving more headache to the MPAA and RIAA in trying to stop this. Looks like it's a no win situation for them. Soon as they chase after one form of downloading another one rears it head kind of like evolution. Is this worth the cost of Government agencies, MPAA and the RIAA? Where are they getting this money from to keep persuing this in legal costs and raids? Would that money spent be better served to lower the costs of the products that are being downloaded so people would not have the excuse of needing to download them because they can't afford them?

It's kind of like the clothing black market. Sure, they make high profile busts from time to time that make it on the news for PR but is there really a dent being made into this.

It's also like the so called "drug war". Drug war? What drug war? There's not a corner in NYC you can't go to that does not have a group of teens to young adults (mostly in residential areas) selling drugs. Again, the gov makes a few high profile busts that make it to the news for PR but are they really making a dent in the drug trade. I laugh I can honestly answer no to this. Believe me I see it every day.

I think all this money could be spent in better ways. All they need to do is re-think everything that's being done.
