Now the judges are getting into the act:

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (AP) -- A member of Oklahoma's highest court got passed over for chief justice, and now he's suing his eight colleagues because he thinks they skipped him because of his age. He's 83.

That is nuts,If he was better for the job the rule wouldn't have been changed. (Either that or he rubbed his collegues up the wrong way)
