Either this guy had a bad day or he wanted to gather votes for the election among radical voters.At least this is a prove that always the most radical(and loud) ones will drown out the ones being silent,the peaceful ones.

He should have better thought about the p├│ssible consiquences his speech could lead to.

What also bothers me about his speech is that one could easily come to the opinion that the islam is in fact a non peaceful religion,but I guess that this isn't true.It's IMO just a matter who is interpreting the koran.
