ATTLEBORO, Mass. - Tag, you're out! Officials at an elementary school south of Boston have banned kids from playing tag, touch football and any other unsupervised chase game during recess for fear they'll get hurt and hold the school liable.

Why not just pass a law stating that anything that happens to your kids at recess time is beyond their control. This way the kids can maintain their normal social interaction. I'm waiting for the girl that falls down and scrapes her knees playing hop scotch.
