Supreme Cmdr
heh Now UBI is going to have to pay this git a fortune for the domain, so that they can remove the porn.

Kalshion
Or sue the sob and FORCE him to take it off (As in hack his domain and shut it down, which I know several people who can do JUST that)

Urza
Presumably, everyone playing the game is at least 17-18, and that age, pornography really isn't a big deal.
Wolferz
Sounds like the B-17 Flying Fortress The Mighty Eigth fiasco. The devs had compiled some of the code on another machine in their offices and left some nasty little porn site addresses in a couple of files. After I inspected these files, it turns out they had compiled the browser history of the machine into a game file. It didn't affect the game in any way, nor did any of the errant files show up in game. It was just something you had to dig for to find. Ubisoft might as well save the attorney fees and get out their checkbook and buy the domain from the guy. I don't think the fellow did anything wrong to Ubisoft except capitalize on a stupid mistake. Their faux paus. In other words.. "now ya got to pay" [ 01-12-2004, 07:09 AM: Message edited by: Wolferz ]
