Man could spend 15 years in jail for playing GTA.

While on the phone with a coworker, Anthony S. Jones was overheard giving advice to friend playing GTA: Vice City saying "No, there's a bomb in that building."

The next day the police arrested Jones for "Making a false report about planting a bomb or explosive." He is being held pending a 15 year maximum prison term for the 2nd-level Felony.
