Cruis. In Posted December 16, 2004 Report Posted December 16, 2004 anyone tried their steel panthers world at war or war in the pacific titles?
ShoHashi Posted December 16, 2004 Report Posted December 16, 2004 I have War in the Pacific. To me, it's a pretty good game. If you are not into wargames then this may not be for you. It is very detailed and don't expect to finish a game quickly. With the amount of things you need to do during a turn, some may think it's a chore. But if you are into micromanagement then you'll have no problem.
Freyar Posted December 17, 2004 Report Posted December 17, 2004 How much, sys specs, and all that jazz? Sounds interesting to me. Micromanagement is something that I love, and even the absence of it is interesting too (Example: Dungeon Keeper)

Cruis. In Posted December 17, 2004 Author Report Posted December 17, 2004 how are the graphics and the combat looking
ShoHashi Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 quote:how are the graphics and the combat lookingThe graphics are not state of the art, but they do get the job done. To me, graphics are not everything, its the gameplay that matters. As far as combat, when it occurs, you get a screen show all the units involved in the battle and you see damage occuring to each. There are screenshots on the link I mention above that will give you and idea of what the graphics look like. There is also a demo you download and give a try to see if it's your cup of tea.
