I didn't see this addressed anywhere else and I did look pretty hard, I apologize if this is redundant though...

..will it be possible to make new IA scenarios with GBS-II when it is released?

Any type of scenario for any Race, Caste, Career combination can be scripted; TA - training scenarios; IA - Instant Action (aka small mission) scripts; and CC - Campaign Scenarios (aka ACM).
