I want to see what Derek says on this.. I think that clans are inevitable in BCM anyway, I wouldn't fight them off unless they started using copyrighted stuff.

Just one suggestion: groups of people that play together/rp together but are not part of a fleet should consider themselves SQUADRONS.

The clan thing is old. let it die, please!

Anyway, this goes along with DS's initial ruling on the subject.

OOPS sorry SC i just posted a message in the aaaahhhh.... independant traders forum you may call it (sounds good anyway )about guilds but say for instance can we use the word alliance perhaps as if and when this goes on line us ahem individuallists are going to need some way to be able to ally ourselves in the event some of the more (how would you delicately say)people who enjoy flexing there firepower at any single that crosses there scanner

Not likely, Dreada... The way things stand now, all UCV types are loners. They are not part of any recognized group. You choose UCV and you're at the mercy of everyone with NO ONE to back you up (unless you can strike a deal like a mercenary)
