Kalshion Posted May 24, 2008 Report Posted May 24, 2008 As Shohashi and Denny knew, I was away on a road trip these past two weeks. I actually got back Tuesday, but have had a devil of a time trying to log back into this board (kept rejecting the pass) and even the new one didn't want to behave, so I gave up for a few days and now it works Anyway, my computer is in the shop at a friends house getting repaired. The memory is fried, the motherboard was on life support and all three hard-drives had cancer (virus) suffice it to say, I've had to cancel two of my credit cards because the bastards behind the virus got ahold of the CC numbers and started charging the card. A lot of damage was done; I've had to replace the MB and Memory, however, I was also forced to replace the Video Cards because with the new MB they would actually melt the sound card that would be placed BETWEEN the two video cards, so I went with two 9600's (GeForce) that were double wide. Either way, I'm out for a little while longer - what's frightening though is that this virus may well be on my external hard-drive, which has everything I backed up (before my friend discovered the virus) so I'll have to let the anti-virus on my new comp deal with this cancer. However, I am glad to see everything here is fine and I even caught a glimpse of COMMANDER MOST!
