Supreme Cmdr Posted October 4, 2000 Report Posted October 4, 2000 I think he's asking about the BCM demo....which won't see the light of day until sometime in Q1 2001 anyway.I have decided to abort the public beta release and keep it internal (dev and beta teams only). Releasing a demo several months before the game is completed, is not such a good idea these days anyway.

I already have earmarked some people from here to join. So, once they register, they will be automatically approved. Others will be rejected.

Supreme Cmdr Posted October 5, 2000 Report Posted October 5, 2000 You guys are certifiably insane.And Tyrn, quit prancing about, you're already on my list :-)For one thing, all Fleet Leaders, CAT personnel, admins etc, already have a free pass to the Beta as well as others (who don't fit the above criteria) I had earmarked in the past, due to long standing service to the community (spacePhish, Parias and those other fairies of the cause, etc)So, newbies, casual visitors etc, can pretty much stop dreaming about getting in, now that I've decided not to do a public Beta (at least not until next year in lieu of multiplayer)

Suddenly the opportunity arise and Derek aims the BMP9 sniper rifle that has been loaded with tranquilizer darts. His view is blocked by a streetlamp for a second but he gets the shot. The subject is hit! It starts to run but quickly succumbs to the drug and staggers to the ground. It struggles against the drug while Pandora and Cato subdue it. Finally immobile Derek tags it with a large green radio transmitter tag before moving it to the reserve to study it and observe it's posting habits. [/RP]
