Silk Posted February 2, 2001 Report Posted February 2, 2001 I was wondering if any of the Hard Core guys have tried this game(Allegiance by MS) and what they think of it. It sounds like a neat Space Sim/RTS and was wondering how it plays and what kind of games they get going. Also is the only way to play the MSN zone pay for play option or are there other servers out there?I don't think it will compare to BCM multi when it is released but I am always curious about different games in the Space Sim genre. This one actually sounds kinda neat. Not that I'm gonna rush out and buy it(got my hands full with BCM and loving it) but I might give it a whril in the future if some of my peers say it's pretty cool.What other Space Sims are everyone waiting for. Me? 1.BCM 2.I-WAR2(I have a real hard on for this game) 3.MOO3 4.DarkSpace and I'll even check out 5.Freelancer when it comes out(still think it's gonna blow).I wish they would make a Freespace 3.

I play around with it for a bit and it wasn't so much as the game itself be frustrating but the boneheads that you fly with. sheesh. Now if you are lucky to find a steady team to fly with and that everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing, then the full potential of the game shines though (as far as the team based aspect goes).
