Time ran and nothing happened. I discovered bc3000ad a month ago, and it was to late to register me as beta tester. So I was very excited to finally discover BCM, (that I've already preorder)Derek was at VoodooExtreme too, telling us that "VE ftp site is up", "VE is uploding the demo just now", "you will get it at 03:00" ...and nothing else ....Very strange feeling .... and very big disappointmentSo just wanted to share that with you, Derek fans.I still hope a happy end in a few hours, because I really love BC3000AD, but I dont know what to think about that situation.Claude DAVID[This message has been edited by Claude DAVID (edited 03-16-2001).]

I know your upset at not being able to get your hands on the demo, but whinging about it here isnt going to change the fact or win you any friends. As a newbie to the game and the community, you should sit back and NOT compose this kind of inflamitory topic. Derek has enough on his plate with finishing the product without having to deal with posts like this which can get everyones back up.It's not how we do things around here, and thats why we are such a close knit community. I hope this thread gets deleted by one of the CAT crew quickly.

Now, I don't have a clue as to why the demo was not made available on schedule but this would not be the first time that Murphy has reared his ugly head to delay a software project. Of course Murphy's Law dictates that it happens on the day that you need it. The important thing is that the game is nearly done, regardless of when the demo actually gets released.My 2 cents of course. ~Pioneer
