Steve Schacher Posted March 31, 2001 Report Posted March 31, 2001 In the past, repeat hackers have been given creative sentences from judges like barring them from using computers for X number of years (as a condition of parole). Something like that would make an effective sentence for this kid. If he violates that, then harsher sentences would kick in (as it would be considered a parole violation).
