Happy Fathers day to all you daddies out there!!

Well, Since I didn't see one, I thought that I would start a fathers day thread.

All you commanders that have the little half clones running around, what did you do for your special day.

Here's the rundown on mine, got up at 2:30 this morning and took over from my wife with the care and nurturing of the little, sleepless at all night hours, 10 month old daughter, got her to go to sleep on the couch with me about 3:45 AM, Wife woke me at 5:00 AM to get ready to go to the Tigard Balloon festival to watch 40 hot air ballons launch at 6:30 AM, why So DAMN EARLY? Anyway, it was great fun and the 5 year old got to ride with her daddy in a hot air balloon, yes it was tied to 3 trucks, went up 50 feet and came back down, but what do you want for free!! lol

Then we went to the Portland Gun show, why? because Daddy wanted to, I got hassled for having 2 handuns on me, and then I asked the officer how many he had, he had 4, one in his holster, one on each ankle, and... well, you don't WANT to know where the 4th one was , lol, he quit hassling me!!

Then went to a Factory outlet show, what a waste that was, but it was still fun with the family, and then went to Red Robin for a burger for lunch, Good stuff!!!

Then we drove to Lloyd center shopping mall, WHY? because daddy wanted to go to EB and see THE BOX!!! lol Then we went and saw Atlantis on the big screen, pretty good movie by the way, 10 month old slept through it all, not a peep, thank god, and the 5 year old loved it!!

Then we came home and I got new belts, shoes, and assundry other items for presents, now I am going to bed, VERY early for me!! I am exhausted, but wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Having a family like mine is incredible to me, what did I ever do to deserve such happiness? It must have been something REALLY good!!

SO, what did you other Daddy commanders do for your special day!!!

Hmmph!! My daughter still hasn't sent me a present!! Oh wait she's not even two yet!! Oh well time for me to make another kid!

My fathers day started with my son waking me on my mother in laws couch at 8am hitting me with my card(he's only 18months so he couldn't really wake me any other way) then I got brought out for lunch attended an interview for a new job and then got bought a spanking new DVD player by my son and my wife, then we went home to our own house put the little guy to bed and my wife and I sat down and had some drinks and watched some DVD's(nice day I believe).
