Emmett.hendrick Posted October 8, 2001 Report Posted October 8, 2001 I would personally say you are stuck if the banks are closed and you have no ATM card you ain't getting no money.However if you have a check book find a shop that will change a cheque for you and write a check to yourself for the money you need and then sign it over to them. done that a few times when need money!
