Kartoffel Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 Not the point I meant. Havent you gone onto battle.net or something and been assaulted by bots spamming something like 'join our l337 clan'? That's what I mean by spammer-bots, and hoping SC doesnt leave a loophole that lets em on.

Guest Grayfox Posted November 2, 2002 Report Posted November 2, 2002 i dont think he would either. him and the word spam definitely do not go together... even if it is bots. as for back on topic, i killed 95... reminds of prono site popups... go to a site that has absoloutely nothing to do with porn and your task bar gets so filled up with popups your rig grinds to a halt... Raven Posted November 2, 2002 Report Posted November 2, 2002 Well, as I recall a CD key is required to play, and because this CD key is authenticated whenever you log on, so it should be a simple matter for SC to invalidate the CD keys of people who run spam bots. My high score is now 272, and it was blurry vision and a sweaty mouse that did me in. And the music of course, I was just starting to be able to enjoy ride of the valkeries again too.
