Kevin Trotter Posted November 6, 2002 Report Posted November 6, 2002 Wynona the world's most famous shoplifter was found guilty of retail theft this afternoon. She could face up to three years in jail . Sentencing to follow. Anyone feel bad about this? Is this really news?
GREG MILLER Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 LOL!!! Let her go cry me a river too, next to Murphy.
Charles Lindsey Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 That's crazy. More money than I'll ever see and still shoplifting. She needs to see a shrink. No jail time. Punitive damages to a high power and community service in the form of buying Christmas gifts for 20 orphanages.
CommanderJohnson Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 If she wasn't who she was, she wouldn't be facing jail time. It's really sorta stupid.
Lotharr Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 Real news in not in vogue....the real world is to America what a room full of MTV rejects is to ÔÇ£reality TVÔÇØ.....the reel world or real news is the point farthest from mainstream media..... Guest Grayfox Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 shoplifting??? christ isnt she rich enough??? ill bet shell blame it on her folks or some other crap to get people to feel sorry for her... and no i dont consider this news at all... faaaaaaar from it.
Kevin Trotter Posted November 7, 2002 Author Report Posted November 7, 2002 This is precisely what I mean about the divide between the rich and the poor. The Beverly Hills procecutor is not seeking any jail time! If any of us got busted boosting six grand worth of mechandise it's bye-bye freedom hello pick up the soap.
Supreme Cmdr Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 [*]I don't believe she did it [*]She won't get any jail time [*]Its just Hollywood at it again
echo Posted November 7, 2002 Report Posted November 7, 2002 I think she is a great actress. I don't know her personally. I feel bad that such a big deal was made of the situation, and that the verdict interupted my soaps. ( I am on vacation) I really didn't follow the story or hear the evidence so I have no opinion on her guilt or innocence. I do know that if I did it, it would have only been listed in the local paper and not all over the news. For that I do feel bad for her.
