ahhh... North Koreans. They jump to conclusions and are nervous because the base of their governmental system is eroding beneath their feet.

Bond killed an evil general, who in turn killed a high ranking law abiding North Korean general. I suppose the idea of punishing murderers is contrary to the ideology of North Korea.
