Guest Grayfox Posted April 6, 2003 Report Posted April 6, 2003 This article is a little short to my liking, but thats what i come to expect from yahoo. still an interesting find IMO.
Charles Lindsey Posted April 6, 2003 Report Posted April 6, 2003 They had a better one the other day with a link to space.com. Quite a little side discussion going on about what constitutes a true moon. Interesting stuff. http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/moon...ion_040103.html Found it. Good article that mentions those moons with lot's of sublinks like how the giant planets formed, how uranus got tipped on its side, and asteroids that have moons. It also mentions a Trojan Satellite that gleefully follows Earth's orbit swapping sides every so often. [ 04-06-2003, 10:49 PM: Message edited by: Cmdr Chavik ]
