Hey guys my sister sent me an e-mail (shes in the military) about a scam warning.. here is a the

e-mail (the e-mail date is procise.. but it seems my inbox is lagging behind on e-mails so I just received it)

Got this on my work email today. Don't believe the callers if they give

you this number!

Please be advised that 2 incidents of family members of deployed service

members receiving a call from an organization identifying themselves as

the International American Red Cross. They proceed to inform the family

that their service member, who is deployed, is MIA (Missing In Action).

They then provide the family a phone number to contact the Red Cross if

they have any questions. The number, we are aware of, they are using, at

least in one of the incidents is 910-602-4551 extension 424 or 404. Now

in both of these incidents it has not occurred to our National Guard

servicemembers, but has occurred to the families of other branches of

service family members.

Please notify all families of deployed members.

This is disgraceful. Even while I'm not behind the government with this war, I think that this is just a disgrace to the American name. Hell, this is lower than france in my book.

Just remember that the military always informs its own and always does so in person.

Thats what makes this obvious its a scam

However I heard that when they catch these group of people who doing this scam they'll be tried as traitors Better be!
