Mythics Tech Support - bad

I think this is where it belongs... dunno... (might be wrong, don't kill me if i am)

I have never encounted so many PROBLEMS just trying to change one freaking thing in my account!!!!!!!!!

After cox changed e-mails on everyone (from lvcm to cox.net) I had to go into my account and change my e-mail.

Well I stopped playing the game after awhile and decided to return, I go back and put my password in... "Account or password incorrect"

Ok... interesting.... I know my account name is correct, and I thought I had my password correct, so naturaly I go to there tech support and request a new password

I come to find out that my e-mail DIDN'T change when I changed it several months ago!!!!! So its STILL lvcm.com

Great huh? Stupid account system... well Tech support tells me to contact them by phone so I can get this fixed.. cool right?... wrong... THERE NUMBER ISN'T EVEN IN SURVICE!!!!!!!

I called 9 times already and STILL get the same thing, Geez if I had known I was going to have THIS much trouble I would've used a 3 digit password =

So right now I connected them again about it, and no response at all... Esh...
