They don't wait for the government to rule something illegal when everyone knows that it's just plain wrong. Nor do they sit back and hope for the government to enforce something (you know they never will unless there's taxes, fees, or fines involved to be collected), they step in and correct the problem when needed. Only if the rest of the world had the same no nonsence approach.
