Voicer Over Recording Programs

Hey all

Most of prime already know's what i'm doing

However it seem's my Adobe Audition just ran out and it will cost me $299 to buy the full version (which I think is insane, but then again I've been using the software)

Anyway, in an effert to find other mean's of recording voice overs and adding sound effects and other cool things to the back grounds, I want to know if anyone knows of any program I can find that allows that

I have Creative Sound Wave Studio, but that isn't giving me the quality that I need in order to make the voice overs for the movie I am making (which is estimated to be about 4-5 minute's long, give or take)
