  1. Welcome cmdr! It looks like a bad install, my guess is that the mappak is not installed correctly. Please make sure that you copy mappak installation file to your game installation folder ie. "c:bc3000ad" and run installation from there. If that won't help try starting from scratch.
  2. First things first, upgrade your game to 2.09 'cause your saved games won't work if you upgrade later. And now to your problem, I suggest you to read the manual and when you've read it, read it again it's all there! 3. Time acceleration has been disabled since...I dont remember when. CMDR Cloud GCV Silver Lining
  4. It might help if you upgrade to version 2.09 final. And I was just wondering why didn't you install the mappak aswell. It gives more depth in ground ops. CMDR Jason Cloud GCV Silver Lining
  5. Did you check that you're not running any programs that are running under every windows session ie virus protection programs. Usually you can terminate those by left clicking little icons on the right down corner of your display beside the clock. It's worth trying anyway. And once more check FAQ, usually the answer lies right under your nose. CMDR Jason Cloud GCV Silver Lining
  6. There's upcoming sequel Battlecruiser Millenium that will support other cards as well. I suggest you to try the demo of bc3000 v. 2.00 if you are in doubt if you should buy or not bc3000ad. Cmdr Jason Cloud GCV Silver Lining

  10. Hi! Since last post I had time to try out the new patch. I let roll for about three hours in ACM mode without any problems. I lost two of my IC's, but what the heck. Cmdr Jason Cloud GCV Silver Lining
  11. Unfortunately I usually haven't got time to play over an hour, but yes, I remember getting booted back to desktop few times. I got it solved as per FAQ memory/config settings. So, I don't think it has anything to do with your voodoo gard. I have just upgraded to voodoo 3 and the problem has not been haunting me anymore. Cmdr Jason Cloud GCV Silver Lining
  12. Hi! I had the same problem with my voodoo2, there is a workaround though so you don't have to reboot. Click your right mouse button on your desktop select properties and then voodoo2 properties and go back by closing properties. This takes less time than rebooting. I don't know why but after playing bc3k with voodoo2 (I had Orchid Righteous) bc3k and all "dos based" programs caused out of sync. If I checked voodoo2 properties there was no texture or any other memory for voodoo available. But after returning to desktop and going back to check the properties all lost memory was back! Why it does that, I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with refresh rates. Anyways this is the only way I avoidid rebooting. Cmdr Jason Cloud GCV Silver Lining
  13. Hi! Sounds like bad install. Check your install directory. The name of your install directory shouldn't exceed over 8 marks like it says in F.A.Q. Start from the scratch. If you can't get it running post here your original game version (i.e. 1.00 or 2.00 or 2.08) and your patch history (if any). And once more read F.A.Q. Cmdr Jason Cloud GCV Silver Lining
