I haven't tried BCM for a long time, but I can tell you that BCMG ran rock solid in my older machine, quite similar to yours (AMD K6-2/500mHz, GeForce 2 MX400, SB PCI 128, 128mb sdr ram, hd 20 gb + 6 gb).

I tried XFire, but it doesn't launch UC mp version correctly (at least I can't get it to launch). It launches sp mainmenu in some strange way when I select launch Universal Combat multiplayer, so that I can't start a game with it, game just crash to desktop. Could someone confirm this. I already sent them a message about it.

...or you could start the repairs while on the station and then launch and let your engineers take care of the rest. 80% is not inoperable yet. I usually repair the systems up to around 80% (depends on the systems, I might let it be even lower) on stations and then let my own engineers finish the job.

We tried the 2.00.01 patch yesterday and I didn't notice anything such. I'm using joystick, so I'll try without joystick later today when I'll get home.
