  1. A basic size corvette would do for an escort duties, with minimal crew and just a fraction more than a fighter's missile load, also an escort pta destroyer, armed only with PTA turrets. Those opponent capital ships in the game are easy kills. Imagine going against Stormcarriers escorted by a couple of small escort ships wont be as easy.

  3. Well I had an Experience, played untill morning, saving and loading saving and loading then oops time for school, had some crazy subcontious thing in my mind, thought if I "saved" current time (while helplessly napping on a couch), and later after 8 hours fresh and ready, to "load saved morning", my exhausted and shellshocked by Gommulan missiles mind was soothed and calmed by such an obvious and convenient method and deactivated itself for the next 10 hours. Slept through all my classes and through all day. Really freaked me out. Had to stay away from computer for next entire couple of days. [ 12-27-2001: Message edited by: Venomous ]
  4. Played BC V2.0 since it's initial release, loved it, played it off and on, still have thick tomes of the printed aides. Surprisingly there wasnt much pomp upon BCM's release, I would usually peek at gamespot and it always would overhype about some shiny graphics new long awaited release only to last 1 or 2 days on gamer's PC and then just be completely forgotten by the dissapointed fans. And only incedental encounter changed it, was scanning through gaming news on gamecenter.ru and came accross "new 1.0.02 patch for BCM" got my attention immideately, to my horror I discovered it was already released almost 2 months ago, quickly got my copy from EB, as I've been playing it for the last couple of days I'm just simply astonished by all the gaming options at my fingertips and all the further non-ending evolutionary development potential it would receive. Truly BCM is an elite game for the elite gamers, certainly not meant for the faint hearted gamers and lazy reviewers. Great work Derek, BCM is one of those now days very rare games which would remain on gamer's hard drives. Makes one believe in gaming again.
