  1. Now this is truly turning into my kind of post! I love hearing about peoples experiences with ghosts and other types of encounters. I also belive that you need to be quite careful as to what your actions as the reactions can be quite shocking. I also think if a made up story is told right the scare is better than ...ok well mabey not that good, but good just the same. I don't think I belive that aliens and ghosts are the same thing or very closely related, but I am wiling to hear why this is a belief. Anyway, I hope this keeps going as long as some of the other topices have.
  2. I am a true beliver of all that is "strange and unusual" I think the site is interesting and a good story...minus the coyotes howling and stones and meat. Also any aboandon property will have pentacles on the walls and words like die or turn back written all over the place. I think any pictures that you have to squint at and try to see what others see doesn't make for a good ghost story. I get more scared by the stories themselves, they are often ruined by a picture. I like when you see something on film that makes the hair all over your body stand up and you are afraid to turn around..in your own surroundings.
  3. I know the area well. It's the TF Greene airport in Warick RI. However now that this has made TV apparently on MSNBC last night. I have learned people refer to it as Providence airport. Why I have no idea... However I truly don not belive the story I think it is far fetched and an assault on an airline. mabey she didn't get enough penuts who knows.

  5. Soback in responde to your question "do you think that what we are doing now is enough, or too much, or should there be anything else done?" In all honesty I don't know. I hope so. If the things mentioned in the story do happen, we are in trouble! Lost: Never hold back because you think I will label you, mabey the guys will but I won't. As much as I like being an independent women, I would trade a lot of it in to be home with the kids cooking dinner for a bread winner and hanging with the pool boy

  7. I have an issue with this whole story! There is not an airport in Providence Ri. It is in Warwick RI. If the author got that fact by all of you...How much truth is in the rest of the story. Also based on my understanding (my sister dated an air marshall) there are not a large number per plane mabey 1 or 2, so the "you are sourounded by air marshalls" bit doesn't fly with me either. Lastly...why can't women read the regular Wall Street. Why do they need their own simplified version! What a crock.... Now I will go back and read the rest of the story and the posts. I just can't get by things that are inaccurate! To me she lost all credibility in the first paragraph.

  10. I fell asleep. I guess that says it all.
  11. So far it is interesting. Weird and yes mabey a bit slow. I missed the first 1/2 hour ish, will give it a little more time.
  12. I think I would have a lot to add in this conversation, however while reading the rules, I broke almost all of them. I guess I will just watch the show....
  13. I just found this post, I can't believe it.....I just can't believe it. I never would have thought you'd get all that annoying hate mail. Derek, if it's any consolation, I just love you to pieces..even when you act like a harda$$!
  14. Street you really know how to kill a good buzz..I was laughing really hard til I got to your post.
  15. Now this is the type of question I wished they asked on "Meet the Press"
  16. I agree that email is sort of like a post card, like the story stated but I also agree with this statement: QUOTE ______________________________________________ there is an expectation that service providers will access communications only with permission from customers, or when they need to do so to maintain their network. In fact, the Wiretap Act states that a provider shall not "intercept, disclose, or use" communication passing through its network "except for mechanical or service quality control checks." ______________________________________________ I don't really know how I feel about it. I guess at work I understand at anytime someone could legally look at my emails so at times I do use the personal one for more privacy. I guess as I sit here and think, wire tapping and emails should be goverened the same. Then I think of stalkers and pedophiles(sp?) and think if there is a way to stop them...stop them. Then I re-read the article and notice these are mostly business related.... I guess as much as I hate not having privacy I am growing accustomed to not having it. That is truly sad.
