Great patch. Couldn't go higher than 1024x768 before without my menus misaligning, but now I can do 1280x960(not 1280x1024 yet) and the game is night and day especially on a flat panel, because it's closer to it's native resolution and the fonts and graphics are extremely crisp. Looks like a different game. And now when I move, it doesn't suddenly jerk to another direction anymore. Very happy. Thanks SC.

Sorry for the mistake, but it is not fixed on my end. I have applied the new patch and in FPS it still drifts. Actually, I wouldn't even call it drifting, it shifts views very quickly where you will be walking in a completely different direction.

Whenever I walk on the planet, my view seems to change and I start to walk in a completely different direction from where I began. Not sure if this happens much in space, but definitely when you are on the planet. Also, I noticed that I cannot see my character driving my vehicle, nor do I see any of my NPC marines or for that matter another player in multiplayer. Sorry to post this if it has been mentioned before, but these are some of the things I have come across while playing recently. I have applied the latest patch sucessfully as well. Thanks for the support SC.

Well, I finally received it as well and I have to say that I love it. Huge jump in quality from the BCM. Thank you SC for a job well done. Hope everything works out so that we can get a few patches in to get any remaining bugs squashed. If a system of donations opens up, I will definitely put in my share to get support.

Well, just wanted all of you to know that UC shipped from EB today. Should be on store shelves tomorrow if now already. Wow, all I can say that the new pics for BCG look amazing. I especially like the simplified UI. Wasn't so hot for the icons before, but it looks very clean and professional. The graphics in the game are quite stunning and easily stand up to most games in this genre. Good work Derek. cpaek

Ok, so I'm a newb and wanted to know how you escort diplomat1 in the beginning of the campaign. Diplomat1 seems to just go on course by itself without really needing any assistance. I tried selecting cc command and using the escort command on the diplomat ship, but it did not work. Can someone give me a step by step process on how to do this? Sorry, for asking such a simple question. I'm totally addiced to this game, but need to get around some basics. Thanks

I got mine last week from ebworld.com The box and packaging are just beautiful. So much nicer than the previous non gold version. Anyone worried about the mouse control should be pleased with the results. Very good work Derek.
