  1. Check out this website!!!!
  2. Keep the hate machine going...that's what's driving this country at this point.
  3. As to your final comment I agree. The future looks very dismal. But as for the WMD's, I don't care if they are being stored on the surface of the moon. We haven't found them, therefore they do not exist. If we HAD found them, I am certain that the FOX news channel would be broadcasting it from the rooftops. in reference to the middle east situation, I guess I've never understood why we need to be the police of the world. There are far more important things to deal with here in our own country...i.e. poverty, homelesness, crime, universal healthcare, etc. If there is a conflict between Palestine and Israel, then they should settle it and we should NOT be involved. That's what got us in this mess in the first place. I'll never forget the time that our local congressman Tom Lantos spoke at my high school and referred to th I.R.A. as terrorists. It has always struck me funny that when a military group opposes one of our allies, we refer to them as "terrosists" yet when they work out to our political advantage, they are called "freedom fighters". I apologize for calling you my comrade, Jaguar. It was not intended to insult you. it is a term Socialists use to call someone their friend. And I consider you my friend...political differences aside. I will refrain from using that term in reference to you in the future even though I consider you my friend.
  4. I apologize to all for posting in a language other than English. I can certainly understand your frustration in that. I meant no ill will in doing that. Spanish is not my native tongue...I was born to Irish immigrants, but growing up in California it is unavoidable that you not only pick up a bit of Spanish but other languages as well. ( I can curse in 6 different languages). To Kalshion, what I said was Long live Zapatero. Once again, my deepest apologies to anyone whom I have offended or made to feel uncomfortable.
  5. Wow! I'm amazed at Jaguar's post... where do I begin? It's dizzying. "There were other options in Iraq? NAME ONE.... that we hadn't already tried....." How about if we go after the guy who ACTUALLY had something to do with 9-11-01? "There are also now records showing large amounts of money from the oil for food program going from Saddam, to various Terrorist organizations, Al Quaeda being one of them. The PLO and the suicide bombers getting a major portion of it." Any proof of that? Just wondering. Don't want to put you on the spot or anything. "I tire of hearing liberals spew, NO WMD'S, WRONG, there were and are WMD'S. I tire of hearing there was no connection between Saddam and Al Quaeda, WRONG, there is and there was, he was one of their major financiers, and was also TRAINING them in the manufacturing and Use of Chemical and biological weapons. I tire of hearing that Bush wanted to start this war no matter what. Well, NO, he didn't." I truly apologize but, heh heh , I just need a tiny ounce of proof of the statement. If it's just pure opinion, then it doesn't really matter. "We had every reason and right to go into Iraq for our own self defense." Self-defense implies that there is an actual threat. The fact that there have been NO weapons of mass destruction found and that we trounced the country within a few days "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" I think it's safe to say that we had NO RIGHT to go into Iraq. We are not welcome there, we have no right to be there and we will rue the day that we invaded that country. "I'm tired, so I am taking some time off from reading or responding to the liberals. You know who you are. Do not expect a response, so do not direct one at me. I do not want to hear your whining, nor your inadequate arguments anymore." Yes, I know who I am, er, are. I am disheartened at your final statement. I found in you a worthy opponent. I think that your "time out" may be just the thing you need, though. All that anger has to eat away at you after awhile. Angry at terrorists, angry at Socialists, angry at Communists, angry at Liberals, angry at people who think that Rush Limbaugh should turn himself in to the authorities for drug violations. That's a lot of anger, comrade. Take some time to relax. I'll hold down the fort while you're finding yourself.
  6. Jaguar, your post is like a salmon egg to a trout. Irresistable. The proud people of Spain did NOT reward the terrorists but rather, acted rationally and gave a clear message to the terrorists that they will no longer meddle in their afairs. Instead of pulling the lame Texas cowboy routine, which obviously results in more and more of your country's troops being killed daily, and the world viewing you as the pathetic bully on the block, they decided to take the high road.....VIVA ZAPATERO!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. I can tell you that the war in Iraq is NOT a war of self-defense. That has been proven by the fact that there were no "weapons of mass destruction". And here is where you get your connection...it is EXTREMELY political!!! Our country went to war with Iraq under the assumption that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, which obviously they do not. Therefore they were not a threat to this country and therefore it is not a defensive war at all. It is similar to the Vietnam war in respect to the fact that we are constantly losing valuable american lives over there every day for no reason other than our arrogant insistence on policing the entire world. Remember, no matter what, that EVERY life is precious.
  8. He never said he was Irish. Don't worry, I'm not voting for him anyway. (Even though I'm Irish) hahahahaha. I'm throwing my vote away to Ralph Nader or Leonard Pelletier. And hoping for another four years of Adolph Bush so that I can bring more comrades into the fold and plan the revolution. All I need is four more years of this idiot and the country will slowly teeter towards the left...hopefully just enough. If not enough, then hopefully the devil (either rumsfeld or ashcroft) will run in 2008 and continue the push for global domination. So I encourage everyone to get out and vote on election day...it's extremely important. Remember...when conservatism wins...we all win, baby !!!!
  9. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I tend to agree with Jaguar. (Checking my own temperature). Being opposed to this war, I was initially appalled at what happened at the prison, but after thinking about it, I find it somewhat amusing. These soldiers, as the president and others have said are certainly not representative of our military or the secretary of defense(the devil's brother). The funny part is that these morons got together and did something they knew was wrong and THEN somebody said, "Hey, let's get a camera and take pictures of it." LMAO I'm confident that these geniuses will suffer the consequences of their actions. As my personal hero Sean Hannity would say, "Let not your heart be troubled." Your commander in thief, er chief would want us to stay the course and maintain our resolve. The evil-doers have been smoked out by their own stupidity. Oh, and if you have a morbid fascination to see the bodies hanging from the bridge, tune into the fox news channel. I saw it on there tonight when I came home from work. Fair and balanced reporting.
  10. I don't actually have any evidence to either prove or disprove that he's the devil, but I'm working on it.
  11. quote:Originally posted by Kalshion: Watch it El Che Plus your still pretty blinded by the media, where's you're proof that they allowed the family to leave? Huh? Show us the proof please I'd really be interested in seeing it (and no CNN crap, we all know that they lie straught through the teeth and if that's where you got your information *which I bet it is* then I'll know you've been watching to much liberal TV) Is this conservative enough? 12. This spiritual hippy will not try to take your food, so when you see the dumb red-headed guy walk up your driveway, don't shoot, he's just checking to see how you're doing (being the good socialist brother that he is)
  13. Why can't gay people be married? It's not like they're going to your local church to do it.
  14. Going to Iraq is NOT "dying for your country". It is a support misssion for corporate america and the current administration who have ties to not only the Bin Laden family but also Saudi oil. Can anybody explain why Bin Laden family members were allowed to leave this country on September 13, 2001? Anyone? ....Anyone?.......Bueller???? If you want to die for your country, then die with honor, and not for the fact that your president gave up on trying to find Osama Bin Laden and chose a target he could easily locate.
  15. John Ashcroft is the devil and I'm still waiting on Jaguar's facts. I know he has them because he is skilled in the art of debate.
  16. ShoHashi, thank you for all the info. Is my signature ok now? Not sure if I did it right. And did my application go through? I'm ready for the gun pointed at my head-thingy.
  17. LMAO....thanks Wolferz. I ahve actually done the honking and waving at strangers thing. Still LMAO.
  18. Cadburry's fruit & nut chocolate bars. It's one thing from my childhood that I'll never forget. My father used to bring them home and let us eat pieces of them ....just a square or two... i guess that's what made it such a treat.
  19. Just returned from 3 weeks in Myanmar(Burma). This is my wife's homeland. We took the children with us and had the BEST time. We went during the time of Thinjan which is the annual water festival. For five days, people stop working and come out on the streets to celebrate by drinking, singing, dancing, and most importantly in 95 degreeF heat, throw tons and tons of water at each other. During my trip, I saw albino elephants (kept under heavy security), I also visited many payas (pagodas) which are monuments to Buddha. The most dramatic of these was Kiay tee yeoh (not sure of the spelling) which is a giant golden boulder that seems to almost float at the edge of a mountain. Most importantly, I got to learn a great deal about my wife's culture and had the opportunity to meet the beautiful people of Myanmar. I will never forget this vacation and look forward to returning to the Golden Land of Burma. Let's hear about your greatest vacation.
  20. Jaguar, thanks for the enlightening information. As a Catholic, I thought I knew everything there was to know about this holiday. I appreciate the time and effort you put into this.
  21. Wow...for starters, I like the socialist upheaval scenario. Let's see....I've got chickens in the backyard and I make my own beer and wine, so I picture myself being sloppy drunk in the backyard cooking up scrambled eggs over an open fire and sitting there with my finger up my nose waiting for the incoming icbms. Seriously though, I'm looking forward to the change in government and I look forward to working with all of you, my brothers, in the dawn of the new socialist government. You're gonna love it.
  22. In my own experience I initially sent shuttles to deploy drones while I was near a star station, quite a distance from the planet but not far enough for hyper-space. This took quite a long time. I then discovered that if I deployed them from a great distance from the target planet/moon it took far less time. In addition, I've never had to set more than one waypoint although I think I might try that to see if it speeds things up. Also never actually tried to send the shuttles to the drones for extraction. I just pick some random land position on the map and give the extract order and set position. Haven't had any problems with that.
