SC I just wanted to let you know that your tolerance of newbs and persistent people is apreciated. Unfortunaly alot of people dont understand the hardships and problems associated with being a game developer let alone the creator. As for the manual...Looks like we got another person who tries to assemble the bike with out the instructions and then calls the company complaning.

Why dont you all just quit the griping. Personaly I think that we all need to leave the SC alone on this and let him release unlocked ini's if he so wishes. I know that if I had to deal with this much flack I would just forget it. So dont rune our chances of ever being able to mod this awsome game.

Yes unfortunately it has been re-locked (At least for Uc). As for unprotecting it that would be up to the Sc. Hopefully some day he will.
