ok... i understand. i was thinking that work like BC2.09, so when we left the starstation the ship was 100% repaired. in this version the estrategy is more important. a good commander has to know how to manage his crew. but now i have a real problem. almost all my crew is tired, but when they stay in "off duty" the fatigue factor increase like on-station. this factor only increase, my crew will start to die.

thank's... the cheat is ok. the problem is when i'm in a starstation fixing my ship. in the boton right appear "...repairs time end 15:20..." some thing like this for example, and the local time is 14:30 for example. So i have to wait 50 minutes in real time..

hey...it's me again. even activating cheat, i can't do the time go fast. so i ask again: ..nobody knows???.. i┬┤ll have to wait about 30 minutes in front of my computer until my ship be repair.. that┬┤s the only way??

i saw a patch to version 1.09.01 that do the time go faster by pressing "shift T", but when i installed, the game ask for CD.

... and now i have a doubt... can i do the time go faster when i'm docked, or i have to wait the repairs in my ship finish in real time. In BC 2.09 we could increase time by pressing "ctrl + a", but in BCM this not work.

FINALLY!!!... BCM works with my win2000. But i had have to reinstal win2000.

... i couldn't find the problem in my computer with win2000, so i decide to keep the win98 instaled in other HD just for play BCM, this is the only solution... thank's all

I'm trying to play BCM in win2000 (professional, with all updates), ...never works. But in the same machine with win98 (without any updates) works good. this is some kind of BCM's bug?

The first Battlecruiser (take-two) was sold in Brasil (I have it). And with Internet (and a valid credit card)you don┬┤t need to buy a game only in Brasil. Most of the Best games relesead around the world aren┬┤t sold in Brasil stores, just when it┬┤s released by "big" companies (like EA).
Yes, the first Battlecruiser was sold here, with a computer's magazine. Buy recent version of Battlecruiser series is dificult becouse of the final price here, (taxes, conversion U$->R$ and other things). That's the problem... -

I downloaded BCM and instaled in my computer (AMD 1.0Ghz, 256mb sharing 64mb). My OS is Win2k (i made all update with windows update), the direct x is 9.0c. I realy want to play BCM (i have the other 2 free versions, and here in Brazil there is no any Battlecruiser game to buy). But when i try to play, i see this mensage: "Entry Point not Found The procedure entry point GetRawInputDeviceInfoW can't be located in USER32.dll". I saw that this is about direct x, but i dont know how to fix it. Someone can help me???

in the 2.09 version, the command to bypass the cd identification is "/d1". you can write this after type the name of file. Ex:
C:BC3000ADbc3000ad.exe /d1
i dont know if this will work on version 1.0

You can try to configure your windows to work with a french keyboard even your keyboard be in engish. the problem is, you will have to memorize the correct places of the keys on french keyboard.
I have a spain keyboard, but i use that as a portuguese keyboard.

I played bc2.09 for a long time, and the better way that i found was in DOS enviroment. I have one HD with 800mb only for this version (in my opinion that┬┤s the best, i don┬┤t know about UC, becouse is not sales here in Brazil). The OS is DOS, without any windows. The game works fast, almost without bugs. I agree with Darkling, i miss the cockpits in BCM, and specialy the simple interface, without icons in hud; but the grafics from space and ships is better now.
