Most likely it will be a digital download. Seems to be the way things have heading, especially considerings SC rough past with conventional publishers.

The core C and C games were pretty much all fast paced, it was the Red Alert/Generals branches that took the more tactical approach. I liked both ways myself, but really depends on my mood and how badly the computer was kicking my butt that dictates how much I liked it

Meh. Most of them are affiliates of IGN anyhow, so you might as well stick with the one with cleanest and easiest to use interface which is Fileplanet. Anyhoo, I've been playing the demo and so far I'm pretty impressed. I have been having a ball and I just love the FMV's. Definatly on my to-buy list.

Yeah. Im not knocking long winded support, I'm just against the idea of pawning off a passably functional game instead of the awesomeness we originally expected.

Personally I think it is far too early for it to be going gold. SC is definatly going to be suffering from release now patch later syndrome. It is still an obsessive and unessary resource hog, with alot of gameplay bugs still being found in the beta...which apparantly from what I have read on the Beta boards is actually farther along development wise then the release version o.0

Last nights episode was kinda of weak... meh. They can't all be winners. Looks like this week's epsideo will rock though

1. People are more likely to have a PC ( or a mac ) then a console. 2. PC's are still the most powerful gaming platform and will always be the most powerful. A console might be able to match or beat an 'average' rig's capabilities but it will decisively lose that edge before half of it's life cycle. PC's are also easily upgradable, you can't upgrade a console short you are tech head. Whereas most anyone who can read an instruction manual can upgrade a PC.

I'm talking about the original Sega Genesis Dune: Battle for Arrakis. It was much better game then TA even though it was far simpler. I always wondered why Westwood never brought back the DeathHand units though, they always spooked me when the comp used them and the game announced "DeathHand approaching!"

It's all included in the client(minus a patch or two). They aren't really so much expansions as they are booster packs. Which means you can't play without Revelations(nor would you want too even if you could)
