Irongrave
Hey, just bought the game, looks/sounds fantastic... problem is... my computer restarts when I try to run it. I fire up the game, and click on Roam or Campaign... and my computer reboots. One time I didn't even make it to clicking. Can you help me? Supreme Cmdr
Stopping all programs that are running, would be a very good start. Next, read the FAQ, download the latest patch etc etc etc

Spindoktor
To prevent Windows from rebooting when it encounters a system error: Control panel -> system -> advanced -> start and recovery "settings" -> uncheck "automatically restart" under system failure. Also, check the control panel -> administrative tools -> event view -> system or application for a clue as to whats causing it.
Irongrave
Ok, I stopped all non essential processes and closed all running programs, and turned off the automatic restart.... same thing, except it will either hang with the music/sound repeating or it will go to a blank screen and hang. Checked the event viewer... couldn't find any errors related to UC being run.
Supreme Cmdr
Why is your system profile not in your sig? Do you want this thread deleted? And have you followed the steps in the FAQ related to the CDROM and Macrovision?
