looks like if you want to save money preorder from EB they are 10 bucks cheaper.

If you go to ebgames.com and select the "PC Games" tab, UC is a featured (I guess you could call it that) item on the right side of the screen. Hopefully it will generate some pre-orders.

Just ordered mine! I just got off of a strike 2 hours ago and this is my first luxury purchase. Although it could be considered a neccessity among th BC community!

It costs more, but there are services that reship from a US address.
Just find a local shipping company that maintains a US address, pay the fee and agree to pay the shipping charges, then add that address to Amazon.
After that you can order anything you want if you pay the price.

Pre-ordered mine too from Gamestop. It costed $74.98 total because I live in Greece and International Economy was the only shipping method available for me...
