It's not perfect, and it's certainly nowhere near as violent as the critics are making it out to be (I was actually a little dissapointed) - about the same as Braveheart, actually (if not slightly less violent). This story follows Jaguars Paw, who is captured with his village when a Mayan slaver captures them for sacrifice and sale. From there, you'll have to see it yourself. It's a great looking movie that reminded me a lot of a Discovery Channel documentary. Brilliant, moving, and undeniably original.
