A look at the water cooling block, beneath which the Pentium D 805 is housed. To the immediate right, you'll see a passively-cooled ATI 1600 graphics card, which is adequate for non-gamers. ...wtf is he talking about? An X1600 card is nothing to turn your nose up at. Ah, he said the 1600 was passive cooled. Just big heat sinks. I think he was referring to the passive cooling not being good for gamers but just regular applications as opposed to the 1600 itself.
