.max to .3d plugin?

I see that although GBS III will be released for UCHTL, it will be a very "stripped down" version which will only include script editors. It was mentioned that this is to prevent cheating on multiplayer games, as the full GBS package does not discriminate between single and multiplayer mods. That makes sense. What I am wondering is, if we cannot add models to UC/UCHTL, would it be possible to release the "full" version of GBS II (with the .3d plugins for 3ds max), so that people inclined to add their own assets to BCMG may finally do so? (At our own risk, of course)
