Harlequin Posted October 17, 2004 Report Share Posted October 17, 2004 I am not sure if this topic has been covered or not( did a search but didnt find it so sorry if it has already been mentioned)but there could be some civilian fleets like a mining fleet (think Red Dwarf) or trading fleet that is independent of the earthcom or galcom. This would allow 1. for tdh raiders to rob someone who isnt military 2.mercenaries could get hire out more 3.The fleet could wage wars like it was a seperate nation against others 4.i think their main objective would be to gain wealth and power. eg get starbases by waging small wars (im not sure if that is possible) i dont think this wil work until htl comes out because of the loss of money everytime you log out.
