This patch has been refreshed in order to address an issue related to the game crashing when you quit an mp server. You can just download the patch and apply it on top of itself.
If you previously used the patch updater when the original patch was first released on 10-28-08, it won't work without your first editing the SETTINGS.INI file and changing the version number to 2.11.02 and running the patch updater again. The procedure for doing this rollback is documented over here.
NOTE: Thus far, only the patch version on our servers have been updated.
