These patches have been released and can be obtained via the "Check For Updates" shortcut.

The Steam versions should be available once Valve pushes them to their servers.

The official multiplayer servers will be updated later today.

I don't suppose this is in prep for the DLC for AAW is it? Because that'd be beautiful. :)

Edit: Ah, nevermind somehow missed the post.

Well, no matter. :)

There seems to be a problem with the Steam patch. We're looking into it and waiting to hear back from Valve.

The Steam version has been rolled back to 1.00.37 until we can figure out next week with Valve what's going on.

But, I want to be me!

However, I can't wait for this to come out. Seeing 3000AD games patched just brings a little glee to my heart. ;)

Worse. I have to update to the latest Steam api version, rebuild the game source, then update it. So it's not just an issue of building a patch. I have to

  • Recompile the game code
  • Then build the patch
  • Then build the Steam required distribution files
  • Then upload to the Steam ftp for them to host

Yeah - it's like that.
