Fractux Posted February 22, 2002 Report Share Posted February 22, 2002 I was just wondering what the most stable configurations others who have a similar setup to mine [more IRT to the GF3 driver versions]. I've found that the current version I'm using, 23.12 with FSAA gives me a lot of problems [not only in BCM]. And that leaving it off is the best option using these drivers. I have read some mixed fellings about 23.12 drivers on guru3d, and i've noticed that on top of the FSAA problem and the recurring alpha channel problem in BCM, they seem to offer a bit less performance than previous versions. But graphically, I've experienced no glitches [except alpha channel]. What are you opinions/experiences with the 27.42 drivers as they seem to be rather popular? Cheers! Fixed a lot of problems with various software (Combat mission being the main one for me with windows XP). I havent had a crash since I started using them, but I still dont see the transparent structures in BCM, which I am hoping that it will be fixed by nvidia soon!
