This match will be another straight ground campaign, this time against Wraith Fleet. It has already been entered into the campaign module.

To arms!

In entering the last match, I failed to notice that ISS Fleet should have been subject to an attrition penalty, since each member of their team was killed at least 4 times. The ISS Fleet team rating has been reduced by another 5 points accordingly, there are no other related changes.

My apologies for only noticing this now.

Looking forward to the next match tomorrow

Mission outcome: unsuccessful.

This time Spectre did not put enough troops in harm's way and were unable to overcome the heavily entrenched Galcom position, and took heavy losses, resulting in an attrition penalty in addition to the damage caused by the match loss.

Spectre still move into the Varan region, since the space region was undefended, but the planet remains under Galcom control.

It is Wraith Fleet's turn next.

Fleet: Wraith Fleet

Order: System Supremacy

Target Region: Nevuela

Proposed times: Sunday 17th December, 7pm GMT or Sunday 31st December 7pm GMT.

Probably not for me. With Christmas coming up things are getting a little tight up through new years.

Same with me, plus an upcoming RL trip. May have to use the next couple of weeks to tighten up the Fleet Action Manual, etc.

Ah, well, new year it is then. I was hoping the 17th would still be normal enough for people to make.

Sunday 7th at 7pm GMT?

I thought Sho had an event lasting through the 11th. Then again I thought Eclipse had an event as well. I must have been mistaken. Mark the 7th as tentative please till we figure out where everyone is.

new season, first orders:

1.

quote:

Fleet: WSOG - Wraith

Order: Transit

Target Region: Arima

outcome: successful

WSOG - Wraith utilises accelerated transit, moving through 2 neutral regions.

WSOG - Wraith Fleet's rating increased by 5 points

2.

Fleet: Defence - ISS

Order: Transit

Target: Darain

outcome: successful

Defence Fleet utilises fluxfields 19 & 17, taking a shortcut through the uncharted quadrant (since it cannot end it's turn in a region not on the game map).

Defence - ISS's rating increased by 5 points

SIN - Wraith is up next. SIN - Wraith, your first mission order, please.

OK, neutral region being invaded, so straight ground campaign. Match scheduled for 7pm GMT as agreed privately (i.e. now!).

outcome: unsuccessful. The native population of Lenned were too strong for the Galcom aggressors, and kept them off teh planet, though SIN Wing moved into the planetary region. The map module and individual statistics will be updated tomorrow.
