Opps my mistake. Sorry SC, just took another look and its not the patch version, its the version of BCM, my apologises.

Now that the game is out, and the VCF says that the patch version is Gold. Does this mean the patch will be released very soon? I know it takes time to build the patch once its been given the final 'go ahead' (do I sense another countdown??)

One reason why EBs order status is still showing processing is because they are having problems with their systems which are marking shipped orders as still processing (they mention it on the site somewhere.. I noticed it a while ago)

I think the game wonÔÇÖt be in stores this weekend. if its not even shipping to the people who pre-ordered, then its highly unlikely that its reached the stores yet. quote: Most EB stores should have the game on the shelves by 11/21. Mine was listed the same as of yesterday!!! I was tempted to say something yesterday, but I figured I would wait to see how many more people noticed it Now the question is.. how long does it take to go from processing to shipping???

Has anyone noticed that the shipping date on EBWorld.Com has been changed to the 16th?? Thats pushed it back another 10 days (boo hoo..) Looks like another week playing the demo to death LOL Ahh its worth the wait though, you must admit it.

I think the date on EB was pushed back to the 5th because of all the pre-orders that had to be shipped first. If they run out of the product while dealing with pre-orders, then they have to wait for the next batch before sending them off to the stores.

Base? Do you mean the base on the planet? Or the station orbiting the planet? Ive only ever seen one ship fly down to the planets surface so far.

I have had the same, but I have not tried it with the refresh patch yet. I think its because of the battles that are taking place. Play as galcom, and try to get in to a big battle (maybe take on a starbase or something). I noticed it only did it when carriers or cruisers were around, but then again, I gave up as soon as it slowed down, due to its unplayablity when it did. I havent properly tried out the refresh patch yet, but the previous 2.09 did this with me. Try it, see what happends, take note of things like.. are you in a battle, or is a battle occuring in another area.

If I patch 2.09 with the map pack, will it mess anything up? Or will it accept it? I know it should be there anyway, and I cant figure out why its not (I click on the flashing base, but it shows no buildings, even though I can see the zones). I did patch up 2.08 with the map pack. I havent tried uninstalling yet, and starting from scratch. Thats a last resort. But will it mess up 2.09 if I use the map pack on it?

Am I right in saying that we have to apply the 2.08 map pack after upgrading to 2.09?? The reason I asked was because I had no ground zones on the planets, well I had the zones, just saw nothing when I zoomed in.

Just a quick question. If a TOD fails, or all fail, does it end the game? Or continue as free flight?
