The guy from Corona sits down and says, 'Hey Senor, I would like the world's best beer, a Corona.' The bartender dusts off a bottle from the shelf and gives it to him. The guy from Coors says, 'I'd like the only beer made with Rocky Mountain spring water, give me a Coors.' He gets it. The guy from Guinness sits down and says, 'Give me a Coke.' The bartender is a little taken aback, but gives him what he ordered. The other brewery presidents look over at him and ask, Why aren't you drinking a Guinness?' The Guinness president replies... 'Well, I figured if you guys aren't drinking beer, neither would I!'

well what can you expect, the only thing he would find is an empty VCF and a maybe the Faq which just lists more or less computer hardware related issues, and ofcourse the product info page. hehe [ 10-17-2001: Message edited by: mO ]

I recently downloaded that 'in ship' demo for BC It's pretty cool. I also found these pics in the new x-com alliance game coming out and thought the 'inside ships' pics were cool and maybe worth taking a look at...xcom shots:

-I don't think Bush is a panzy at all, we must have faith in him whether you voted for him or not. -And someone mentioned that we are considered an icon country so we cannot get away with nuclear attack, or something like that. Well I disagree, we are an icon country yes, but an icon of democracy(freedom). I'm not saying we should use nukes at all, but I am saying if another country is behind this we MUST attack with FULL unconditional force. If we don't, then to the rest of the world we make democracy, us as Americans, look like spineless beings. And for a fact that is not true, Americans don't put up with bull ^$ (sorry SC). hey would'nt that be cool if the orbit in the game was the same orbit in realife....umm if BCM took the system computer clock and went by that time you could wake up in the morning before you go to work, start BCM and find that on your part of the world it's morning. yes oh well just an idea............

Curiousity brought this up more than anything. I was just wondering wether or not the planets in the solar systems actually rotate around the sun. This probably wont make a difference to gameplay so I'm guessing they dont rotate, but maybe for some planets closer to the sun they would make a difference. Either way I'm sure there are day/night cycles. This brings up another question. Is there a time difference between realworld and gametime. Well, over the years of my computer gaming experience I have sort of been putting together the 'perfect' game that I would love to play. So for the only one that has come close, with free form open-ended gameplay, with an FP shooter with many persanol item, maybe a few artifact FP items and the ability to sail the stars in command of a ship, and even fly a fighter! damn there is no game that even comes close. Than BCM ofcourse. Well I'm sure many of you feel the same way, but all this anticipation is building up in me so I'm going crazy and just have to write about it. Hello, I have never posted here before but I have been following up on the forums for the pas few months. I'm so very excited about this game, as you all are. I had an interesting idea for a mod. I think it would be cool if someone could mod more FP items, such as cloaking units and what not. Maybe a vision unit like in the movie predater. I think it would be cool to send in an 'elite' predator so to speak on an enemy base to take out a couple key targets then move in with the rest of the force. So hopefully someone who knows how to mod will do this. anywayse, I can't wait till this game is released!!!
