I like it. Its got stuff the old one didn't. One thing though, I can't join the chat, it says I've been k-lined, odd that, cos I've never been on that network before! Oh and some stuff says file not found, but i assume thats being worked on.

I'ts been a busy month, a promotion and transfer and a new ship. The crew and I have been running diagnostics and simulations on the new systems. I can't wait to get out there! EDIT: err, just checked my profile in the DB and saw that I was able to change my caste and pretty much everything else (sides my login name). So you may not need to mail at all. login and see what you can change. This is a hard one, and I hope what I'm going to say comes out right. To make racial profiling a POLICY is wrong. It says that it is ok to pre-judge someone based on their colour. That's what Apartheid was about. But, it is a neccesary evil. It is a waste of resources to focus on "unlikely" demographics. Profiling is a part of human nature, and is based on experience. Everyone pre-judges, its a safty mechanism, we pre-judge so that we can "know" what to expect from the people we meet. It's a dilemma because prejudice is so close to racism. I don't think prejudice is a bad thing and nor do I think it is a good thing. It is an obstacle to overcome. Profiling as a policy is wrong, but profiling is a part of human interaction and as such cannot be "erased". It is a neccessary evil. that looks like an apostrophe, the button to use is the tilde key "~" (also used for console in most FPS's), the normal function (ie not "shift"ed) kinda looks like an apostrophe, perhaps thats where you got confused.
